At the Country Basket Garden Centre in Niagara, we know that our customers don't buy plants intending to kill them! Sometimes things just go wrong, so we offer a generous 1-year warranty on all perennials, hardy vines & roses.
How do I make a return?
When you bring your plant back, our staff will be happy to talk with you and figure out what the problem was; whether it wasn't planted in the right spot, or wasn't getting the right amount of light or water. Whatever the issue, we'll help you figure it out, we want you to be successful next time!
If you're a member of our Basket Bucks Program we'll be able to look up your past purchases. You don't need a receipt to make your return. If you're not a Basket Bucks member (and why wouldn't you be, it's FREE) then you will need to bring in your receipt.
We are unable to offer a warranty on plants purchased on discount, on sale or BOGO special. Plants must be planted properly (not left in its original pot). If you are unsure of how to plant properly, please ask us! We are happy to help. Our warranty covers the original plant purchased, not its replacement.
*Please note; our warranty does not cover fruit trees, tropical vines, tropical trees, annuals or houseplants. Hard goods (pots, tools, soils etc) have a 30 day return if item is in saleable condition.
